Q: Will this fit my generator if it's not listed?
A: Possibly! Contact us with your model — we may be able to accommodate other suitcase-style generators.

Q: Is the lock included?
A: Yes. A standard lock is included. Upgrade to the Proven Lock or choose "No Lock" to use your own.

Q: How hard is installation?
A: Very simple — just drill a couple of holes. Full instructions included.

Q: Can I move this between locations?
A: Yes! Extra base baskets let you secure your generator in multiple spots with one lock/plate setup.

Q: Does it work with a trailer hitch?
A: Yes. The hitch mount adapter (sold separately) fits any 2" receiver. Custom lengths available — message us with questions.

Every Squatch Mount is made to order right here in Northern California. Production typically takes 2–10 business days depending on current order volume. Once shipped, we use 3-day UPS for most orders, or UPS Ground for customers closer to us in California — so most customers receive their order within 6–12 business days from the order date.
